What you need:

• 1 package thawed puff pastry

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees - line a baking sheet with parchment paper to ensure the puff pastry doesn't stick . 2. Cut puff pastry into 8 2.5 inch strips (you will be folding them over) 3. Add two squares of chocolate to each strip - leaving 1/4 in of space at the top of each 4. Lay a teddy graham on the center of the top chocolate 5. Fold the bottom over half of the teddy graham like you're tucking it in.

6. Crimp the edges to seal. 7. Whisk the egg and brush on - this will make it shiny 8. Bake the pastries 12-15 minutes or until puffed and golden. 9. Cool on a rack 10. Optional - dust with confectioners sugar
