Fresh, Local Jewel Variety Strawberries Have Arrived

Easy Strawberry Freezer Jam Recipe:

​

Ingredients:

  • Two Cups Of Strawberries

  • Four Cups Of Sugar

  • 1 Package Of Dry Pectin (1.75oz)

  • 3/4th Cup Of Water

​

Directions:

  • Mixed Crushed Strawberries With Sugar and let stand for 10 minutes

  • Mix Pectin and Water in Saucepan, let boil (stirring) for one minute.

  • Stir boiled water with pectin into crush strawberries.  Let stand for 3 minutes.

  • Pour into canning or container jars, place in freezer and leave for 24 hours.
