Crack open some Michigan maple syrup for this creamy, hearty, dish with just the right crunch from the chickpeas. This could be great with pistachios, too. Less sweet than a sweet potato, but full of fall flavors - we can't wait to try this with our turkey.

Another under appreciated side on their own - here mushrooms float in a brown butter and thyme sauce. This looks like it will be divine next to some potatoes, beef, or turkey. First of all, brown butter kicks anything up a notch - this is an unexpected side that's definitely going to be a savory party in your mouth.

Half Baked Harvest hardly misses. And, we have a feeling this brussels sprout dish is no exception. It seems like our society has collectively been in an effort to redeem the brussels sprout from it's former status of "yuck" for the past decade. If we trust anyone with a brussels sprout - it's Tieghan.

Claiming a "best ever" title on a classic like the GBC is pretty brazen. That alone is enough to peak our interest. The fresh ingredients make this even more appealing, Also - we might try our own onions in the airfryer.
